The self-revealing story of Juju Grace

Fitness has been part of my story long before I ever stepped foot in a gym. When I was 11, I went through a diabetes scare and constant bullying about my weight. It was a tough season, but instead of letting it break me, I decided to fight for myself. I started running with my dad, playing sports, and discovered that movement could heal, strengthen, and empower me. When I was 15, I gave my life to Jesus Christ and everything changed. Fitness stopped being about trying to fit in and became about honoring Him, growing in discipline, and caring for the body He gave me.

The journey hasn’t been perfect. I studied nutrition and health science in college but left when I realized the material was outdated. Still, my passion never left. God led me to Arizona, where I kept training, learning, and growing stronger. That’s what eventually led me to become a certified coach. Today, my mission is simple: To help women grow stronger, healthier, and more confident in body, mind, and spirit. For me, this isn’t just fitness. This is faith, growth, and purpose to share with you all the secrets and tips to achieve it.

In-Person Training 

In-Person training is going to include customized workouts tailored specifically to align with your personal goals, your personalized nutrition plan, 1-4 training sessions per week for days we're apart. Unlimited messaging access (except Sundays & vacation) for ongoing support. Customized workouts, designed to build mental toughness and guide you toward a higher version of yourself.

Online Training 

This is for women ready to take control of their health, through strength, discipline, and grace. You'll get a custom workout plan, macro-based nutrition support, and weekly check-ins to keep you focused and encouraged. Whether you're managing your health, rebuilding habits, or just starting out, this program meets you where you are. You’ll be supported with faith-filled mindset coaching, realistic goals, and accountability, all online, with real guidance from someone who cares. No quick fixes. Just intentional, lasting change.

8-Week Beginner to Progression Program

Build strength and confidence in just 3 gym sessions per week. This program includes a full 8-week training plan, movement demos with written guides, nutrition tips, grocery list + recipes, motivational quotes, weekly water goals, and direct support through Google comments.

That experience sparked a passion to help others prevent chronic health conditions and live well with strength and courage, not just physically, but spiritually and mentally too. Today, we coach women through custom fitness programs, macro-based nutrition, and faith-filled encouragement designed to support real transformation. It's not about being skinny, it's about becoming strong, rooted, and resilient in every area of life.
